The short version

I started with Facebook ads and never really left. At 22 I was invited to speak at Facebook EMEA HQ about advanced ads strategies. Since then I have run Meta ads for 500+ brands, grew my own business to eight-figure revenue, and learned what it takes to lead a team of 45.

Along the way I became as interested in the business as in the marketing: profit, sales, people and systems.

Helping business grow from 0 to 9 figures

Helped businesses grow from nothing to nine figures in revenue through marketing, with steady optimization across channels, offer and operations.

Leading teams

Managed teams of up to 45 people across performance, creative, analytics and client service. Built the processes that let the work hold at that size.

AI workflows and offshore teams

Built several AI workflows that take hours of repeat work off a team, and set up offshore teams with clear roles, checklists and reporting.

40+ talks, from Facebook EMEA HQ to the biggest conferences in Denmark. This blog and newsletter reach 250K readers a year.

The timeline

  1. Starting my first business: Wristbuddy

    In January 2014 I started Wristbuddy.dk with my high school classmate. It was a webshop for designer men's watches at sharp prices. We were 20, in our last year of business school, and started with 8,000 DKK.

  2. PL & Partners

    What we learned scaling the webshop became the start of the next company. In January 2015 we co-founded PL & Partners. It grew from a garage start-up into one of the larger performance marketing agencies in the Nordics, with 45 people at its peak. Today it is a team of 30 and more profitable.

  3. Speaking at Facebook EMEA at 22

    I was invited to speak at Facebook EMEA HQ about advanced ads strategies. It was the first time I saw how many ideas I took for granted were new to a room of professionals.

  4. SimplyJob

    SimplyJob is a Copenhagen app that helps young people find jobs. I helped it reach 100,000 users in six months, and later exited the business.

  5. anew sleep

    I started anew sleep, a Danish e-commerce brand for better sleep. I run it myself, from product and brand to ads, email and site.
