These are the tools I use across my agency, my e-commerce brand and this blog.

Some links below are affiliate links. If you sign up through them I may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you.

Great for e-commerce

Tools for the shop itself: tracking, email, support and ads.

  • Klaviyo

Email and SMS built on your store data. Welcome, abandoned cart and win-back flows run on their own, and every flow shows the revenue it brought in.

  • Gorgias

A helpdesk made for webshops. Order details sit next to every ticket, so your team can refund, edit or cancel without switching tabs, and macros answer the repeat questions.

  • Reaktion

Sends orders server-side to Google, Meta, TikTok, GA4 and Klaviyo, and calculates profit after costs and returns. Useful when ROAS looks fine and the bank account disagrees.

  • Confect.io

A design tool for Meta catalog ads. Your brand goes on every product ad, designs switch per campaign, and 9:16 formats cover Stories and Reels. Beats the default catalog look.

  • Higgsfield

AI image and video generation with many models in one place. Good for product visuals and short ad clips when there is no time for a shoot.

Great for agency work

Tools that make client work faster to deliver and easier to explain.

  • Ahrefs

The data behind keyword and link decisions: volume, difficulty, competitor traffic and backlinks. It makes client SEO conversations a lot shorter.

  • SurferSEO

A content editor that scores a draft against the pages already ranking. Writers get a clear target and you review against numbers instead of opinions.

  • Reaktion

Has an agency portal, client onboarding and 75+ dashboards. Server-side tracking gets cleaner data into every client's ad accounts.

  • Confect.io

Catalog ad designs that stay on brand for each client. Assets go in once and designs switch per campaign.

  • Slack

Where the team and clients talk. One channel per client keeps threads findable, and Reaktion can post its reports straight in.

  • 1Password

Shared vaults for client logins. People get access to an ad account without anyone sending a password, and access ends when they leave.

Great for your personal brand

Tools for publishing, getting found and showing up on LinkedIn.

  • Ghost

Publishing, newsletter and memberships in one platform. This blog runs on it. Every post can go out as an email, and the subscriber list is yours.

  • WPX

Managed WordPress hosting with 24/7 human support, free migrations and daily backups. A good home for a site you do not want to babysit.

  • Ahrefs

Shows what people search for before you write. Every article here starts with a keyword check.

  • Lempod

LinkedIn engagement groups. Members like and comment on each other's posts early, which helps a post reach beyond your own network.

  • Canva

Quick graphics for posts, thumbnails and carousels. Templates keep everything looking like one brand.

  • Higgsfield

AI video and images for content that would otherwise need a shoot. Good for hooks, b-roll and cover images.
