Work with me: marketing that is easy, profitable and predictable.

I have grown several companies from zero to eight figures in revenue and kept them profitable. I help you do it without the complication: a clear direction, the few channels that earn, and a rhythm your team can keep.

Free first call. If I am not the right person, I will tell you who is.

Kristian Larsen speaking at a marketing conference

Sound familiar?

  • Sales are up. Profit is not.

The top line looks good. What is left does not.

  • I never know what next month looks like.

Results swing and nobody can say why.

  • Marketing feels complicated.

Too many tools, channels and reports.

  • I do not know what to change.

Reports describe. They do not decide.

  • Nobody owns the plan.

Everyone does their part. Nobody sees the whole.

  • We need more hands.

But hiring is slow and expensive.

Easy.
Fewer moving parts.

Marketing gets complicated because people add things and never remove any. I do the opposite. I cut away what does not matter, so your team knows what to do this week and why.

  • A clear direction for the team
  • Few channels, done well
  • A simple weekly rhythm

Less of this

Ten tools and five channels
Reports nobody acts on
Meetings without decisions

More of this

A clear direction
The few things that earn
A rhythm your team can keep

Profitable.
Judged by what you keep.

I start from the business, not the ad account. Every channel gets a cost it is allowed to have, and anything that cannot show profit is treated as a cost until it proves otherwise. I have kept every company I grew profitable on the way, and I plan the same way for you.

  • Profit per customer, not only return on ad spend
  • Cost per customer, not cost per lead
  • Marginal return decides when to scale

Sales are up 20%. You kept $8 of every $100.

Example with made-up numbers

Cost of delivery$40
Marketing$33
Sales and support$15
Fees and refunds$4
What you keep$8

Predictable.
No more guessing next month.

Once tracking is right and the economics are clear, you can forecast. You know what a customer costs, what they are worth and how much you can spend before the numbers turn. That lets you hire and plan stock with confidence.

  • Clear expectations before we spend
  • Spend rules agreed in advance
  • Budgets that follow what is working

Someone who has been in your seat

Kristian presenting at a conference

I do not arrive as an outside consultant with a template. I arrive with a long track record of growing companies, and I know the pressure you are under: payroll, targets and a partner or board who wants results.

  • Grown several companies from 0 to 8 figures in revenue, while staying profitable.
  • Managed teams of up to 45 people.
  • I look at the whole business: pricing, sales and marketing as one system.
  • Built several AI workflows that save hours every week, and set up offshore teams.

How it works

  1. Map

I look at where you are today: the numbers, the tracking and the funnel.

  2. Simplify

We pick the few moves that matter and drop the rest.

  3. Run

A weekly rhythm with your team or agency, or me doing the work.

  4. Scale

We grow what is proven and forecast the next quarter.

How I work

Six rules sit behind every project. My background is on the About page.

Make it simple

If a plan needs a diagram to explain it, it is too complicated to run.

Marketing gets complicated by addition. A new tool, a new channel, a new report, and nothing ever leaves. After a few years nobody can say what the plan is.

I do the opposite. I cut until the team can say the plan in two sentences. Simple plans get run. Complicated ones get discussed.

Marketing that pays the bills, not your ego

A campaign that looks good in a dashboard and loses money in the bank is a hobby.

If a tactic cannot be traced to profit, I treat it as a cost until it proves otherwise. That sounds harsh. It saves money, and it makes marketing easy to defend in a board meeting.

The numbers are the ones the board already cares about: profit and payback.

Marketing and business are one job

Marketing that ignores pricing, sales and profit will eventually hit a wall.

I have run companies, not only campaigns. I want to understand your sales process, your delivery capacity and what each sale leaves behind before I touch an ad account.

The best marketing decision is sometimes a price change, a better offer or a faster follow-up by sales. None of those are in a marketing dashboard.

Average results hide the truth

The average tells you what worked. The margin tells you what to do next.

A blended 4x return can sit on top of a last dollar that returns 1.5x. If you keep adding budget because of the average, you scale into losses and only see it a month later.

I look at what the next dollar earns. That decides whether to scale, hold or pull back, and it is almost never on the default dashboard.

Build systems first, then add people

People scale the work. Systems scale the quality.

Managing a team of up to 45 showed me where growth breaks: unclear roles, undocumented work and decisions that only one person can make. So I write the process first, automate what a good AI workflow can handle, and only then hire.

That is also how I set up offshore teams: clear roles, a weekly rhythm and quality checks, so the work holds when I step back.

I have been in your shoes

I know what happens when the plan and the profit stop lining up.

I have run companies, so I know the pressure: payroll to cover, a partner or board who wants results, and a month where the numbers do not add up. I know what happens when you chase revenue and ignore profit, when you hire too early or too late, and when marketing runs on its own with nobody asking if it pays off.

That is why I only give advice I would follow myself.

Why you can trust the advice

  • 0 to 8figures in revenue, several companies, profitable
  • 45people managed at the largest team
  • 500+brands helped
  • $50M+in yearly ad spend under management

PL & Partners

One of the larger performance marketing agencies in the Nordics. I co-founded it and led a team of up to 45.

E-commerce

I have run an e-commerce business myself, so I know what it takes behind the dashboard.

Ways to work together

Retainer

Ongoing help, month to month. Fractional CMO or channel lead, next to your team or agency.

Best for: businesses that need someone to own the direction.

Education

Workshops, talks and team training, on marketing, growth and AI workflows.

Best for: teams that want to get better at it themselves.

Prepaid hours

Buy a block of hours and use them when you need advice, a review or a working session.

Best for: getting help without a long commitment.

Who it is for, and who it is not

A good fit

  • You already have customers, in any sector, and you want to grow profitably.
  • You want a simpler plan, not a bigger one.
  • You want direct, honest advice, even when it is uncomfortable.

Probably not a fit

  • You are still at the idea stage with no sales.
  • You want the cheapest agency to run your ads.
  • You want a guaranteed result.

Questions people ask first

What does it cost?

It depends on how we work together. After a short call I send a written proposal with the scope and the price, so you know the number before we start.

Is the first call really free?

Yes. It is a 15-minute call where I ask about your situation and tell you where I would start. If I am not the right person, I will say so.

Will you replace my agency?

Not by default. Often I work next to your agency or team and help them focus. If the agency is the problem, I will say so.

Do you do the work, or only advise?

Both, depending on what you need. It can be advice and direction, or me working next to your team week after week.

Which companies do you work with?

Businesses that already have customers and want to grow profitably: e-commerce, B2B, SaaS, services, subscription and local. The sector matters less than you would think, because the economics work the same way.

Let us make it simple.
